Areas of Focus

I have experience working with clients of all ages, but presently work with adults. I consider myself to be an adaptable, eclectic therapist who uses evidence-based treatment approaches to help clients reach their therapeutic goals.

I am comfortable working with a wide array of concerns including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, challenges related to sexuality and gender identity, eating disorders, trauma, relationship challenges, difficulties with attention and concentration, dissociative disorders, insomnia, general life stress, and chronic pain.

Education, Qualifications, and Memberships

My journey to working in the mental health field began in 2015 when I started working in health care administration while completing my undergraduate degree. In 2018, I completed my Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience and then began my Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology, which I completed in 2021. The entire time I was in school, I continued to work in the mental health field, expanding my roles to include office management, psychometrics, and mental health counselling.

In 2021 I became a member in good standing of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP), and later in 2021, I became registered as a psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and am currently a Registered Psychotherapist.
